GAINESVILLE, Fla. - A Florida man is missing an eye after he was apprehended by a K9 following a traffic stop.  Terrell Bradley, 30, said his finger was also chewed up after he was apprehended by a Gainesville Police K9 following a traffic stop. After an investigation, the Gainesville Police Department has temporarily taken the K9 off duty. According to Gainesville Police, an officer tried to stop Bradley for a traffic violation two weeks ago.

LAS VEGAS - The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is seeking help to identify an attempted murder suspect who was recorded on a garage security camera pulling out a gun and trying to shoot a man after a botched robbery in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sunday.Authorities said the unidentified suspect approached the victim’s vehicle as he was parking in a garage and demanded his belongings. NEW DELHI : The Indian government had announced that beneficiaries between the age group of 18-59 are eligible to receive free of cost booster dose or precaution dose of vaccine against Covid-19 at all government clinic in celebration of India completing 75 years of Independence. The provision is set to last till 15 August.  The drive 'Covid Vaccination Amrit Mahotsava', aimed at boosting the uptake of Covid precaution doses among eligible population, is being held as part of the government's Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to celebrate the 75th anniversary of India's Independence.

Suspect sought in North Philadelphia robbery.

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. - Police in Egg Harbor Township say a Philadelphia man has been arrested for an attempted luring of a child. According to authorities, police responded to Graef's Boat Yard at 101 Longport Boulevard on Sunday at 5:46 p.m.Officers met with two civilians who run a YouTube channel dedicated to catching child predators, police say. According to investigators, the YouTubers posed as an underage girl and they had messages they exchanged with 57-year-old Roger Tomes of Philadelphia. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESTomes thought he was communicating with a 15-year-old girl who he told to meet him on his boat in Egg Harbor Township to engage in sexual and illegal activities, police say. Police arrested Tomes and charged him with luring, according to officials. According to the Egg Harbor Township Police Chief, Tomes could face up to ten years in prison and a penalty of up to $150,000 if convicted. Anyone with any additional information is urged to contact police at 609-652-1234.

PHILADELPHIA - Three men were hospitalized early Tuesday morning after being shot in a drive-by shooting in Kensington, according to police. Authorities say the shooting occurred just before 2 a.m. Philadelphia Chief Inspector Scott Small told reporters that officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 2500 block of Kensington Avenue. When police and medics arrived, they found a 34-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his legs. He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is in stable condition, per police. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESInvestigators later learned that a 25-year-old man and a 49-year-old man showed up at Episcopal Hospital with gunshot wounds, police say. According to Small, the 25-year-old was shot in the hand and leg and the 49-year-old man was shot in the leg. Authorities say they know all three victims were shot on the 2500 block of Kensington Avenue. According to officials, the 25-year-old was inside a mini-mart playing lottery games when he was struck by stray gunfire. Small says the 49-year-old is homeless and was asleep on the street when he was also struck. Authorities say the 34-year-old who was shot is an employee of the minimart who was outside talking to customers when he was shot. At least five gunshots were fired, according to police. The mini-mart has cameras and captured the shooting, Small says. According to investigators, the surveillance shows a light-colored four-door Sedan going north on Kensington Avenue with a person firing the gun from the back seat of the driver's side.
