Liverpool star Mohamed Salah could reportedly miss up to four months of next season following the decision to postpone the Olympics.
Salah has played a key role as Liverpool look for their maiden Premier League trophy this year with the Reds 25 points clear at the top.
The coronavirus pandemic has caused the current campaign to be postponed with the Olympics this summer also being delayed. It has been suggested that the Games could take place in Spring with Egypt bosses wanting Liverpool ace Salah to play.
The forward is already due to feature in the 2021 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon. That tournament has been switched from a summer slot to next January and February, infuriating Reds boss Jurgen Klopp who is also set to lose the likes
