Latest data shows Wigan now has the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester, replacing Tameside. Coronavirus infection rates have gone up in Bolton and Wigan.

Wigan recorded a rate of 382.8 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending November 11, which represents the latest published data from the UK Health Security Agency.
There were 1,266 positive Covid-19 tests recorded in the borough in the week ending November 11, which is 51 more than the previous seven days.
