Wieden+Kennedy said Dan Wieden passed away on September 30 with his wife by his side at his home in Portland, Oregon, at the age of 77.
There’s no word on the cause of death. The independent ad agency said Wieden was born in March 1945 and graduated from the University of Oregon in 1967 with a degree in journalism.
