Coronavirus infection rates are continuing to rise in seven boroughs of Greater Manchester. Wigan has now replaced Tameside again as the area with the highest rate.
The borough recorded a rate of 401.0 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending November 13, according to the latest data from the UK Health Security Agency.
Oldham now has the lowest infection rate, where the rate is 254.6 cases per 100,000 people. In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 337.8 cases per 100,000 population, lower than the national average, which is 382.4 cases per 100,000 people.
