UPPER DARBY, Pa. - Prosecutors in Delaware County are expected to bring charges against a man accused of shooting two people and opening fire on police during a Thursday morning rampage near 69th Street Terminal.Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer and Upper Darby Police Superintendent TIm Bernhardt will hold a Friday morning press conference to announce the charges.
